  • Product characters

    1. The ink does not contain benzene. The solvent residual is low, which meets the hygiene requirements for food packaging

    2. The product has an excellent light plate transfer effect with a vivid and bright color.

    3. The ink has excellent adaptability in printing. The ink seldom blocks the plate , cut the strings or stains the plate.

    4.It fulfills the requirements of dry compound,extrusion lamination and solvent-free compound, and it also has good composite strength.

    5. Testing on heavy metal content conforms to the national standards.

    6. It matches well with our TZW-3 type alcohol-water composite white ink , which can reduce the printing costs of our clients.

    Using reminders

    1. The ink is flammable chemical, make sure that you keep it away from sources of ignition during transportation or using. Confirm that you take fire, anti-static and other safety measures. The ink should be deposited in the shade.

    2. The ink is a liquid mixture, so you should stir it well before using.

    3. This product should not be mixed with other types of ink to avoid printing troubles. During using process, you should prevent excessive moisture from entering the ink. Otherwise, thickening phenomenon may occur, which can affect the network transfer effect.

    4. The ink used should be sealed and stored separately as soon as possible, when you use it again, adding the appropriate amount of new ink can effectively improve the gloss and dot reproduction performance.

    5. This product is not intended for the package printing which needs to meet boiling, cooking and other sterilization process requirements

    6. Notice that when you use slow drying solvent ink or gold or silver ink, adhesion problems may occur.

    Notes:  

    Fast  solvent is suggested for white ink. The drying speed should be adjusted based  on the temperatures, a less amount of 5%-10% of isopropanol could be added  during winter.

    It  is suggested to take the solvent proportion in Middle 3 without the limit on  butanone to achieve better solubility.

    The  dilution solvent could be adjusted based on the requirements of clients on  the printing samples. Welcome to consult our technical department for further  details.
